We repainted the entire retail shopping center including matching the exterior of Zios exterior that was a ten-year-old aged Tuscany look. Everything was painted at night and early in the mornings so that there was no interruption of business during the entire process.
The John Casablancas Modeling Agency project included a full repaint of the interior. We scheduled our crew to work after the Agency’s business hours and repainted all of the walls and trim in a custom color scheme to bring out the professionalism and personality of the company.
The Sanditen Companies hired Baca Painting to repaint the entire Chimney Point center as well as the Coldwell Banker building in front and the project included a 5-color paint palette. We’ve worked for the Sanditen Companies on many projects and it’s always our practice to avoid any interruption of business for the tenants.
Baca Painting was hired by Russell-Filand Builders (a national contractor) to serve Pottery Barn. The project included partial drywall repair Partial drywall repair inside and repaint on both the exterior and interior and the exterior finishing included both stucco and the window frames.
Kelly Ganner hired us to completely repaint both the interior and exterior of her 1920’s home in the 29th and Utica area. The project included removing old wallpaper, repairing the cracked plaster ceilings and walls, and restoring the original lead glass and steel windows to working condition. We stripped all of the old paint and caulk that was causing the windows to stick shut. Then we worked with Mrs. Ganner’s designer, Charles Faudree, to match the original colors when painting all of the interior ceilings, walls, and trim as well as the exterior windows and trim. We also had the privilege of painting Mrs. Ganner’s ranch house in Pawhuska.
Dr. Hood’s house was a challenging projects because it is built on a steep hillside. We began by washing and preparing the house for paint, using scaffolding and a boom lift to reach the high roof line. Our crew also made many repairs to the wood and recaulked the cracks that were found. We also refinished their mahogany front door, restoring it’s beauty and richness.
Before painting began, we had to repair corners of drywall that were coming off in several areas and texture it to match the existing textures around it. Then we repainted the main living areas, stairwell, and kitchen/breakfast nook, color matching his kitchen to the original hand rubbed oil faux finish glaze.
